Simple Tinned Lobster Egg Sando

Pillowy soft, and rich in lobster flavor, this creamy umami-bomb featuring Scout Canning's tinned lobster is smelt in your mouth delicious. And the best part is, if you have the hardboiled eggs on hand it comes together in less than five minutes.

Tingredients:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1x tin Scout Canning Lobster
• 2 slices fluffy white bread or milk bread
• 2 eggs, hardboiled, shelled
• 1 tbs Kewpie mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika
• flaky salt, to taste
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. In a small bowl, mix the yolks with the Kewpie, dijon, smoked paprika and salt to taste.
2. Slice the whites into small pieces and gently fold into the yolk mixture. Repeat with the Scout Canning Lobster. Drizzle in the tin oil for extra flavor and color.
3. Spread the mixture onto a slice of bread and top it with the other.
4. Carefully slice off the crusts to ensure a fluffy edge.
5. Share with your favorite person, or don’t!
