As you might imagine I LOVE the color scheme, so much so that I ordered two more for when my first ultimate gets too much sardine oil on it to wear 😂

A-fish-ionado and author Anna Hezel has had one heckuva year and her latest tome has played a huuuuge part in canplifying the power of tinned fishies nation-wide. She’s also an incredible cook and her recipes are some of the most creative and delicious I’ve ever tincountered!

“The Big Sardine Cookbook” - Pinhais
Gorgeously conceived cover to cover, this book is a trip inside the storied hundred+ year old factory in Matosinhos, Portugal and highlights a near-endless array of ways to turn these silverly swimmers into culinary gold.
The Sardine Fork
This is an original collaboration between myself and master metal sculptor Jeff Deegan. Cast in solid sterling silver from a hand-sculpted original, this heirloom piece was born at the intersection of history, function, and beauty.
As the artist aptly puts it: "This is jewelry for your table,” and as someone who is lucky to call one my own I can say with great canfidence that gazing down on it at the tinner table never ever gets old!
